Add Charge Category Screen

Use this screen to view or add a Charge Category.

Description of fields on the screen

Field Label	Description
Charge Category	Enter a description of the charge category.
Current $	Enter a dollar amount for the charge.
Tax to Be Applied	Select one or more tax types to apply to the charge.
OK	This option saves the information and closes the window.
Cancel	Closes the window without saving any information.
